How long can my operator-assisted conference call be?

You will notice that our online reservation form allows you to reserve a call of up to two hours in duration. Please contact us if you will need to conduct a call longer than two hours.

How many participants are allowed on an operator-assisted conference call?

There is no limit to the number of participants you may reserve for a call. You are allowed as many participants on the call as you have reserved places for. Please see our procedures and booking policies for more information.

Is there a way for me to get a record of my conference call?

Yes, there are several ways you can receive information about your conference call. You can receive an emailed participant list detailing who was in attendance at your conference call.

Your conference call can also be recorded. This recording can either be emailed, available for FTP transfer or can be put on CD and shipped to you.
